It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Harvey Alter, the founder of the International Aphasia Movement. He passed away Wednesday, November 25, 2015 after a long illness.

There will be a memorial service on Monday, 11/30, in New Jersey at 2 pm at Menorah Chapels of Millburn at 2950 Vauxhall Road. Everyone is welcome.

We are grateful for the wonderful organization that he created to serve people with aphasia and their co-survivors.
